Predicting the Future of Cancer Immunotherapy

Liposomes loaded with tumor RNA strongly activate immune cells and direct them to eliminate cancer. Solid cores of iron oxide nanoparticles within these liposomes enhance anti-tumor activity and enable prediction of long-term therapeutic effect with Magnetic Resonance Imaging just two days after treatment.
