Biography
Clinical Research Coordinator
Kerstin was born in upstate New York and raised on the outskirts of Orlando, Florida. She attended Santa Fe College, where she earned her Associate of Arts degree in Health Science. She is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and a Certified Phlebotomist.
Kerstin began her medical career in 2015 at Shands on the Neurosurgery floor, where she worked as a Patient Care Assistant for several years. She later transitioned to UF ENT, serving as a Medical Assistant and Allergy Technician.
In 2022, Kerstin began her research career with the HOBI–All of Us Research Program. She transferred to the Department of Neurosurgery in 2024, where she continues to contribute her clinical and research expertise.
