Marcia B. Hodik, RN, BSHS, CCRC
Brain Tumor Immunotherapy
Marcia Hodik was born in Rochester, New York and moved to Crystal River, Florida at the age of 12, when her parents had had enough of the New York winters. She received her Nursing Degree from Daytona Beach State and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Research Administration from George Washington University.
Marcia has worked in Pediatrics her entire career which included positions in a Neonatal Intensive care unit and in Pediatric Gastroenterology and Hepatology as a Research Coordinator.
She has a passion for mentoring and education, and currently serves on the UF Research Coordinators Consortium Leadership Team. She is President of the North Central Florida Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
Marcia joined the Brain Tumor Immunotherapy Department in July of 2014 to build the Pediatric Program with Dr. Duane Mitchell.
