Biography
Lissette Neukam earned her Master’s degree in Agile Project Management and has a background in journalism and data analytics. She joined the University of Florida in 2007, and supports the Department of Neurosurgery’s Spine Division since 2017.
Lissette transitioned into Clinical Research after gaining experience in data management, regulatory compliance, and outcomes reporting. She currently coordinates multiple observational studies and plays a lead role in the implementation and optimization of patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) in clinic workflows. Her work bridges clinical care, research operations, and quality improvement.
She is also involved in mentoring students and developing tools to enhance research data accuracy and reporting.
