Nicolle Wilson was born in Gainesville, Florida and received her nursing degree from Santa Fe College in 2008. She began her nursing career at Shands Hospital in the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit. While working in the Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit, Nicolle developed a passion for clinical research and worked part-time with the Department of Neurosurgery’s Clinical Research Office. In January 2011, Nicolle joined the Clinical Research Office staff as a full-time clinical research coordinator.
